Clarion Security Systems Ltd is a leading independent provider of electronic security solutions, delivering service, maintenance and installation of integrated security systems across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join our expanding Engineering team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a wide range of electronic security systems across commercial, retail, industrial and public sector sites.
Working independently and as part of a team, you'll deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive service calls and minor remedial works while providing an excellent level of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Attend reactive fault calls and diagnose system faults.
- Repair and replace faulty security equipment.
- Complete electronic service reports using our field service software.
- Liaise professionally with customers on-site.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
- Work in accordance with NSI Codes of Practice, British Standards and company procedures.
- Participate in the company's out-of-hours call rota.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience servicing electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working on Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Good understanding of IP-based security systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
