CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & SMS)
Company: Live Republic Location: UK Remote Job Type: Full-time
About Live Republic
Live Republic brings unmissable music events, nationwide tours, and festivals to cities across the UK. From massive day festivals like R&B Mania and Love the 90s to high-energy club nights and immersive touring shows like the Road to Nashville Rodeo, we specialize in delivering unforgettable live music experiences.
As we scale our event calendar, our community of music lovers and event-goers is our most valuable asset. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take absolute ownership of our Email and SMS channels to pack out venues, launch new tours, and keep fans coming back for more.
Role Overview
As our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end retention and communication strategy powered entirely by Klaviyo. You won't just be blasting newsletters; you will be the architect of our fan lifecycle. Your job is to use advanced geographic and behavioral segmentation to ensure the right event is put in front of the right person at the exact right time.
If you know how to build a pre-sale signup flow that creates massive FOMO, love digging into location-based data, and want to play a massive part in selling out events across the UK, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Klaviyo Ecosystem: Manage day-to-day operations of our Klaviyo database, ensuring excellent list health, data hygiene, and tight integrations with our ticketing partners.
- Geographic & Behavioral Segmentation: Build and maintain sophisticated audience segments based on city/location, music genres, and past event attendance (e.g., segmenting country music fans vs. 90s pop fans vs. R&B lovers).
- Automated Event Flows: Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows tailored to live events (e.g., Post-Purchase info flows, Abandoned Cart/Checkout for tickets, Welcome Series for new city signups, and Win-Back flows for past attendees).
- Campaign & Tour Launches: Work closely with the events team to plan and deploy high-converting Email and SMS broadcast campaigns for tour announcements, lineup reveals, early-bird ticket drops, and last-minute ticket pushes.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Relentlessly test subject lines, SMS hooks, countdown timers, and layouts to continually maximize ticket sales and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on core metrics (Open rates, CTR, revenue generated per email, SMS unsubscribe rates) to track precisely how digital channels are filling dance floors.
What We’re Looking For
- Klaviyo Expert: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM/Email marketing, with expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo. (Experience in entertainment, music, festivals, or hospitality is a massive plus).
- Location-Based Data Savvy: You understand how to market to different regions across the UK and segment data effectively so we aren't emailing Glasgow customers about a Nottingham event.
- Event Copywriting Skills: You know how to write punchy, high-energy copy that builds urgency and excitement. You can write an SMS that makes people grab their wallets immediately.
- Self-Starter Mentality: We run fast-paced events. You need to be someone who can spot an opportunity (e.g., a show is 80% sold out, let's run a "Final Tickets" SMS push) and execute it autonomously.
- A Visual Eye: Ability to use Klaviyo’s builders (and tools like Canva or Figma) to ensure our emails match the vibrant, high-energy branding of our various event concepts.
