Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to support our team and manage our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional service to our tenants, contractors and internal contacts
- Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, including maintenance, inspections and repairs, ensuring high standards are consistently met
- Act as the primary contact for tenants and council; handle enquiries, complaints, lease renewals, and disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage budgets, collect rent, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensuring compliance and good record keeping of the strict lettings legislation and company policies at all times
- Taking part in our wider business activities to promote the business across the community
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with reliable contractors
- Assist with property marketing, viewings, and tenancy agreements to maximise occupancy and attract high-quality tenants.
- Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations in line with all relevant legislation; ensure compliance with deposit protection schemes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work at competitive rates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have previous Property Management Experience
- Strong knowledge of UK property legislation, including landlord-tenant law, safety regulations, and tenancy deposit protection schemes
- Possess excellent, practical, organisational and communication skills
- Deploy excellent customer service skills
- Be able to visit clients and properties
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
