The University of Salford are seeking an experienced post-doctoral research fellow to join an established team of nurse researchers exploring issues around education, practice, and professional development of registered nurses in adult social are settings across the UK. This post is part funded by the RCN Foundation.
This is a full-time position, on a three-year fix term contract, and we will consider hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research following the project plan and produce deliverables according to set deadlines.
- Lead research, under the supervision of the PI and Co-Is.
- To assist in the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Undertake reviews alongside the PI and Co-is
- Liaise with the PI and Co-Is and other members of the project team to report progress and steer the project.
Liaise with project partners to maximise impact of the research.
