Essential (You Must Have)

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar automotive parts environment

A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organisational and time management skills

A customer-focused approach with professionalism and attention to detail
About the Role
This is a varied role combining parts department responsibilities with the delivery and collection of automotive parts to support our workshop and trade customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our aftersales department while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying and sourcing the correct parts

Accurately order, receive, store, and supply parts to support workshop efficiency

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and parts movement
-
Deliver and collect parts from customers, suppliers, and other locations as required
-
Provide clear communication regarding parts availability, pricing, and alternatives
-
Support the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
-
Ensure safe, timely, and professional delivery driving at all times
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:

Have experience in an automotive parts or similar customer-facing role
-
Be reliable, flexible, and able to manage a varied workload

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work well independently and as part of a team

Be confident using systems to manage stock and orders
-
Have a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
