4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS, 12 HOURS LONG
£13.50 P/H
£15.50 P/H - After 6PM
Up to £19.38 P/H - Overtime

Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Isleham who are looking for FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team!
Available Shifts as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS
- 12 HOURS LONG
- MORNING, MID AND LATE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Pay Rates as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- £13.50 P/H
- £2 Night shift premium for any hour worked past 6PM
- +25% Overtime
- PAID BREAKS
Your responsibilities as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Order Picking
- Loading and unloading
- FLT Counterbalance driving
- General warehouse duties
- Working towards productivity targets
FLT Counterbalance Driver - About you:
- You will need to hold a valid Counterbalance License for this role
- Ability to identify different products and pick required amounts towards customer orders.
- Ability to use hand held scanner and basic use of computer software
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
