ABOUT US
We provide high-quality exempt supported housing for adults who require intensive, person-centred support to live as independently as possible. Our residents often face complex challenges – including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, histories of homelessness, substance misuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system – and they deserve a team that meets them with skill, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
We are a values-led organisation and we take pride in the standard of care we deliver. We are looking to recruit experienced, mature professionals who understand what it means to truly make a difference in someone's life.
THE ROLE
This is a substantive, hands-on support role. You will work alongside residents in their homes and in the community, helping them to build skills, confidence and stability. Exempt supported housing sits outside the Housing Benefit cap, reflecting the intensity and specialist nature of the support we provide – and we expect our staff to deliver to that standard.
No two shifts are the same. You will need the experience and emotional maturity to adapt quickly, manage risk, and support individuals through complex and sometimes difficult situations – all while maintaining professional boundaries and detailed records.
