Job Summary
We are looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the kitchen team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pot wash, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Dispose of waste and keep storage areas clean and organised.
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen role.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Right to work in the UK.
