We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality accommodation and exceptional service to our partners, landlords and residents.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Property Administrator to join our team at our Lakeside office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within property and administration.
The Role
Working closely with our Property Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our growing property portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Booking property inspections, maintenance visits and appointments.
- Managing diaries and coordinating schedules.
- Communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Assisting with property compliance administration, including certificates and record keeping.
- Providing administrative support to the Property Operations Manager.
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems.
- General office administration as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn. Previous property experience isn't essential – a positive attitude and willingness to develop are far more important.You will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Confident computer and typing skills.
- A professional and friendly approach to customer service.
