We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales / Lead Generation Executive to join our team based on Soho Road, Birmingham.
About the Role
This role focuses on outbound cold calling, researching potential customers, creating prospect databases, identifying key decision-makers, and gathering accurate business information to generate new sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for speaking with businesses across the UK, building prospect lists, and helping drive new business growth for Frex Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across the UK.
- Research and create new prospect databases.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Gather and accurately record customer information, including:
- Contact name
- Job title
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Company details
- Current courier and logistics requirements
- Update and maintain CRM records.
- Generate qualified sales leads for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospects when required.
- Achieve daily and weekly call activity targets.
- Maintain professional communication standards at all times.
Skills and ExperienceEssential
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confident and professional manner.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Previous telesales, lead generation, customer service, or sales experience.
- Experience with cold calling.
- Knowledge of the courier, transport, or logistics industry.
