Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring motorcycle servicing and repairs. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing service needs, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and the workshop. The ideal applicant will possess a passion for motorcycles, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to upselling additional services and products.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport from the outset
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately record service requirements
- Advise customers on necessary repairs or maintenance, offering suitable solutions
- Upsell additional services or accessories to maximise customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilisation of workshop capacity
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, work orders, and sales
- Liaise with technicians to communicate customer needs and ensure timely completion of work
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle enquiries professionally
- Mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is highly desirable to understand service requirements effectively
- Proven ability in upselling services or products in a retail or automotive environment
- Competent in cash handling with attention to accuracy and security
- Organised with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Enthusiasm for motorcycles and automotive industry trends is advantageous

Working Week
- Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)
- Saturdays 8:30am until 4:30pm
- Sundays Closed
- You will get a fixed day off every other week
