We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor
- Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Valid Enhanced Certificate required, however, we can order this if required
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and visitors
- Organised with good attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness
