Social Media Assistant
We're looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Assistant to help take our content to the next level.
This is a zero-hours role, working on an ad hoc basis initially, with the aim of moving onto a regular monthly retainer if it's a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Filming our sessions on selected Saturdays.
- Editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Scheduling content across our social channels.
- Attending 1–2 dedicated content days each month where we'll shoot stunts, challenges and behind-the-scenes content.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping us spot trends we can jump on quickly.

Now we're looking for someone to help us go beyond just posting great clips. We want to showcase the personalities behind the business, create behind-the-scenes content, jump on trends, film bigger challenges and stunts, and build one of the most entertaining activity brands in the UK.

You'll be someone who:
- Loves creating content.
- Can confidently edit engaging short-form videos.
- Has a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media trends.
- Is full of ideas and enjoys experimenting with new content.
- Works quickly and delivers on time.
- Is organised, dependable and takes ownership of tasks.
- Wants to grow with a fast-moving business.
