We are currently looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school from September on a full-time basis, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups where everyday is different
- Support in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Encourage positive behaviours and celebrate achievements
- Keep high standards of Safeguarding, health and safety
The ideal candidate
- Has previous SEND experience (min 3 months desirable)
- Is patient, empathetic and has a passion for supporting child development
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Live around Watford or happy to commute
