As Trade Counter Supervisor you will help the Manager to lead the team on-site, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service and adherence to safety and operational standards.
You Will
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised counter area.
- Help implement promotions, pricing updates, and visual merchandising in line with company standards.
- Provide coaching and support to Trade Counter Assistants, helping to maintain performance and engagement.
- Promote and uphold a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing health & safety procedures.
- Support the Trade Counter Management Team in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, team coordination, and maintaining service standards.
About you:
- Experience in a trade counter, retail, or warehouse environment.
- Previous responsibility for opening/closing or supervising shifts.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
