Tyre Hill House is an aspirational residential family centre providing assessment and support for parents and children who need intensive, round-the-clock support while questions about parenting capacity, child safety and sustainable care are understood.
Many of the families who come to Tyre Hill will have experienced adversity, trauma, care experience, domestic abuse, mental health difficulty, substance misuse, learning needs or social isolation. Our aim is to provide assessments that are safe, fair, structured and child-centred, while also giving parents clear support, teaching and feedback.
Tyre Hill House is a spacious property situated in a picturesque rural village near Malvern, Worcestershire. We have the capacity to accommodate up to eight families, with each family enjoying a private apartment as well as access to shared communal spaces. Our property provides a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for parents and their children.
The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. This role involves performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties across various areas of the centre, including communal spaces, private living quarters, and administrative offices.
This position is crucial in ensuring the comfort, health, and safety of all individuals within our family assessment centre. The hours of work is 15 hrs per week, ideally split over 5 days (3 hours per day).
