About the Role

In this mid-level role, you will supervise day-to-day activities, support team performance, monitor service standards, and ensure that bookings, customer records, and operational information are processed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily golf service and administrative operations
- Coordinate bookings, customer requests, and service schedules
- Allocate tasks and monitor team workloads
- Support staff with operational questions and service issues
- Maintain accurate booking, customer, and activity records
- Review daily workflows and identify outstanding tasks
- Monitor service quality and customer response times
- Resolve routine customer concerns professionally
- Escalate complex complaints or operational issues when required
- Prepare activity reports and performance summaries
- Coordinate with customer service, administration, and management teams
- Support promotional activities, group bookings, and customer events
- Assist with staff training and procedural guidance
- Recommend practical improvements to operational processes
- Follow company confidentiality and data-protection procedures
- Support health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Three or more years of experience in golf services, leisure operations, hospitality, customer service, bookings, events, or business administration
- Previous experience supervising employees or coordinating daily workflows
- Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving service concerns
- Golf or leisure industry experience is beneficial but not essential
Skills
- Strong leadership and team-support abilities

- Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise several operational priorities

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Qualifications in business administration, hospitality, leisure management, tourism, or customer service are beneficial
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
