Are you an experienced Print Operator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Or perhaps you have print production experience and want to broaden your skills within a modern large format environment?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing large format print business in Leeds, looking for a Print All-Rounder to join their friendly and highly skilled production team.

The Role
You'll be involved in every stage of the production process, from preparing artwork for print through to operating machinery and completing high-quality finished products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating large and wide format print machinery
- RIPing and preparing files for production
- Print finishing and general production duties
- Working across UV and Dye Sublimation print processes
- Maintaining high quality standards and meeting production deadlines
- Supporting the wider production team with day-to-day operations
Equipment You'll Be Working With
- Agfa print systems
- Dye Sublimation printers (3 machines)
- UV printers
- EFI 5-metre Condor large format printer
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within print production, large format or signage is advantageous
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new machinery and processes
- Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
What's On Offer?
Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Regular overtime available to increase earnings
Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 4:00pm)
One Saturday per month with a day off in lieu the following Friday
