We are looking to recruit a Crisis and Resilience Fund Administrator on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2029, to a position available within the Welfare Benefit and Debt Advice Team, located in the Town Hall in Preston.
Given the impact of the Government’s cost of living agenda and the funding streams being administered by Preston City Council on behalf of the UK Government and Lancashire County Council, this position is key to service delivery.
The Crisis and Resilience Fund Administrator is required to ensure all applications to the Fund are recorded accurately and in a timely manner on to the Case Management System, also ensuring that all relevant information is received to meet the criteria set by the UK Government and Lancashire County Council
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate, with the ability to manage their own workload to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail, with an understanding of the Crisis Resilience Fund along with good communication skills and customer care are considered essential criteria for this position.
