About the Role
As a Wiring Assembly Operator, you will:
- Manufacture cable harness assemblies and electro-mechanical products using technical drawings, schematic diagrams, customer specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
- Utilize a variety of skills and techniques to produce high-quality products for industries such as aerospace, motorsport, power generation, and more.
- Adhere to company standards and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in the wiring and cable harness assembly industry or similar fields.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
- A team player with excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity, and attention to detail.
- A trade test will be completed at the interview stage so core skills are required for this role.
