Job Title: Creative Designer
Location: South Wales
Scope of the Role:
We're excited to offer an opportunity for a creative and passionate Creative Designer to join our busy studio team in Wales. The Creative Designer will be required to create innovative and commercial designs for greetings products. You will be required to work to deadlines with flexibility & creativity to create customer ranges of the highest quality that meet commercial objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and adapt artwork from design briefs across multiple formats.
- Develop designs from concept through to final repro.
- Produce 3D mock-ups and assist with product sampling.
- Collaborate with Design Managers to develop customer-specific ranges.
- Work with Repro and Production to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Contribute ideas to new product development.
- Demonstrate creativity, trend awareness, and proactive design thinking.
- Monitor customer activity and market trends.
- Deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient IT skills, in particular the Adobe creative suite (PhotoShop & Illustrator)
- Flexible to work demands
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Quick to pick up new skills/knowledge
- Great team spirit
- Highly creative and able to build on inspirations and trends
