Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented UK Remote Video Calling Assistant to facilitate seamless communication via Zoom or WhatsApp video calls. Duties
- Coordinate and schedule Zoom or WhatsApp video calls between clients and team members or partners
- Assist participants with technical setup, ensuring smooth connection and optimal audio/video quality
- Manage real-time communication during calls, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and active listening
- Support clients with basic inquiries, providing clear information and guidance during video interactions
- Conduct data entry of call details, participant information, and follow-up actions accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products during conversations to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or related roles involving video conferencing platforms like Zoom or WhatsApp
- Strong multilingual capabilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Basic analysis skills to assess client needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and the ability to identify sales opportunities naturally within conversations
