We are a family restaurant established in 1978 - having invested recently in POS and Online Booking Systems we are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic dining team and to drive the business forward.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimise service efficiency, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training, weekly rotas, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Lead and motivate team members in serving guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations and maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient workflow during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control costs to maximise profitability
- Train, develop, and evaluate staff members in hospitality skills and safety practices
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities with a minimum 10 years experience in hospitality and 4 years minimum experience in a similar managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the foodservice industry
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate customer-centric focus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
