Teaching Assistant – Eastbourne SEMH School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Eastbourne supporting pupils who need structure, trust and consistency.
This specific Eastbourne school supports pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning, trauma, anxiety, low confidence, behaviour challenges or difficulty coping in mainstream settings.
You will support pupils in small classes, helping with learning, regulation, routines and positive relationships. This is a Teaching Assistant role for someone who can stay calm, avoid taking behaviour personally and keep showing up with consistency.
The Eastbourne school would suit someone with experience in SEMH, SEND, behaviour support, youth work, care, mentoring, residential support or school-based support.
