Duties
- Lead and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, servers
- Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent service standards
- Develop innovative drink menus and promote culinary offerings that enhance the guest experience
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in busy bar environments with strong team management skills
- Previous hospitality or busy bar experience is highly desirable
- Barista experience is a plus for creating specialty beverages that delight guests
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and service quality
