Job Outline:
To manage all aspects of the Company's administration. Part of a small team based in a rural location you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, accounts, payroll and general administration. You will need to be a committed person used to working under your own direction.
Scope of Job:
- Process Purchase and Sales invoices using accounts system, Maintain Trial Balance and records in preparation for Accountant to complete Quarter End and Year End Accounts
- Data Entry (Timesheets, mileage, absence)
- Payroll for a team of 12 (Sage Cloud payroll) and the process of CIS payments
- Fleet management of company vehicles
- Manage a team of engineer's holidays and sickness, and ongoing support
- Filing, document control and maintaining office systems
- General administrative and reception requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous office administration experience
- Book-keeping
- Payroll
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, and fully computer literate
- Highly organised, able to multitask and have a logical and flexible approach
- Willing and able to work on own initiative and happy to work alone
Office Hours 08.30 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday (negotiable)

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
