The role
You’ll visit clients in their own homes, supporting them to remain safe, independent and happy while building trusted relationships.
Your role may include companionship, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, light household tasks, attending appointments and supporting clients with social activities.
No two days are the same, and kindness, patience and compassion are just as important as practical care.
About you
We’re looking for kind, caring and dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping others. You’ll be reliable, responsible, a good communicator and passionate about making a positive difference.
No care experience? No problem!
You don’t need previous care experience. If you have the right values, compassion and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need, including paid training, recognised qualifications and ongoing support.
Essential requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer visa sponsorship
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Two satisfactory references
