Dental Receptionist – Join Our Front-of-House Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our welcoming and busy front-of-house team.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in making a difference every day — welcoming patients, keeping the day running smoothly and creating a positive experience from the moment they contact us.
Being a dental receptionist is so much more than answering phones and booking appointments. You’ll be joining an established reception team, supporting patients, working closely with our clinical team and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
If you are organised, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something different, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to every patient
- Guide patients through their treatment journey with care and confidence
- Manage appointments, diary coordination and patient communications
- Support the clinical and management teams with smooth day-to-day operations
- Promote practice services and offers in a professional, patient-focused way
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Remains calm, organised and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Has a natural ability to build rapport and put patients at ease
- Is personable, positive and genuinely enjoys helping others
- Has excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Is reliable, adaptable and proactive
- Enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team
- Takes pride in delivering first-class customer service
Previous dental or healthcare experience is welcomed but not essential — attitude, work ethic and personality are just as important to us.
