ISEY Support Worker – Join Our Team!
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic ISEY Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
- Minimum 30 hours per week, term-time only
- Hours may differ slightly from term to term
- A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification is required
- SEN experience is preferred, but full training will be provided
- Work one-to-one and in small groups
- Support children with their day-to-day learning and development within the classroom
- Help children with special educational needs work towards targets outlined in their individual plans
- Support with reviewing and monitoring individual targets
- Prepare and organise resources to support children's learning and individual needs
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is caring, patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification. Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable, although training and support will be provided.
