I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded law firm that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its Real Estate team in Blackburn.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate looking for high-quality work, excellent clients and a genuinely supportive team.
The Role
You’ll work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Development work
- Landlord & Tenant
- Secured lending
- Portfolio management
- Corporate support transactions
The team is recognised as a Tier 1 Legal 500 team and acts for developers, investors, lenders and businesses across Lancashire and the wider North West.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in Commercial Property
- Excellent technical and client management skills
- The ability to manage a varied caseload
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A commercially focused and proactive approach
- Ambition to develop within a successful Real Estate team
