434 Enterprises Ltd is an independent drinks wholesaler supplying pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants and event venues across Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our small, family-run team.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering beers, ciders, wines, spirits, soft drinks and bar supplies to our customers throughout the region. Vehichles are typically Medium and Longwheel based Vans. Once delivery duties are complete, there will be some warehouse duties to complete.
This is a physically active role involving loading and unloading stock, including kegs and other heavy items. You will also be the face of the business when visiting customers, so a positive attitude and good customer service skills are essential.
Working Pattern

Start time is normally 7:30am.
The role is contracted at 40 hours per week. However, once deliveries are completed and vehicles are checked in, drivers are usually finished well before the end of the contracted shift, with many days finishing significantly earlier
All routes are local and you will be home every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Delivering products safely and accurately to customers
- Handling kegs, gas cylinders and other stock
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Collecting returns and empty containers
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks
- Providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable handling stock
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to work independently
- Previous delivery driving experience is helpful but not essential
- Fork Truck licence is preferable but not essential
