Overbury Enterprises is a family partnership of rural businesses based on the southern slopes of Bredon Hill on the Worcestershire and Gloucestershire border. The family recently celebrated 300 years at Overbury; we are continually evolving and developing to ensure the businesses thrive into the future.
There are ten core enterprises within the partnership including an environmentally focused farm, Grasshoppers day nursery, game and wildlife conservation, rural meeting facilities, property and lease administration for over 120 houses and cottages, a building & joinery team, forestry enterprise, utilities and the garden team.
The Role
We are seeking a gardener to join the head gardener and wider team. We are looking for a hands-on gardener, with experience of working within a small team in a similar setting. You will work closely with the head gardener and forward-thinking team on the day to day management of the gardens.
You will work across the whole of the green areas in the business.
Job Requirements
- Eye for detail
- Machinery experience (ride on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers and tractor driving)
- Full clean driving license
- RHS Level 2 or equivalent (desired but not required)
- PA1, PA6 (desirable)
- CS30, 31 (desirable)
