Duties
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders, to reach windows at different heights.
- Clean windows thoroughly on both the interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a streak-free shine.
- Use appropriate safety gear and follow safety protocols when working at heights or near traffic areas.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related service roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Good physical fitness to handle repetitive cleaning tasks, lift equipment, and work at heights safely.
- Willingness to learn safety procedures related to working at elevated levels and operating cleaning machinery.
