Ellaro is a specialist health and social care recruitment agency. We are run by care professionals, for care professionals.
We are looking for caring, experienced and reliable individuals to join our team of Care Assistants and Support Workers in various healthcare settings located in and around the Northwest of England.
Applicants must have the following:
- Minimum of 6 months of paid UK experience gained in the last 5 years, and able to offer suitable references to support this.
- Possess good written and verbal communication
- Be caring, patient, respectful and reliable.
- Able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Good listening, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Possess driving license and have their own vehicle. This is preferred, but not essential.
The provision of quality care and support will include:
- Providing personal care, including washing and dressing.
- Forming and developing trusting relationships and being a companionship.
- Assisting with preparing and providing meals.
- Administering and prompting medication.
- Supporting domestic routines.
