We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines to deliver flawless results efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and clarify project requirements.
- Operate various tools and equipment safely, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to job progress and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades.
- CSCS Card
- 2x References
- Own Tools
