We're looking for an experienced and creative Bar Manager to lead the bar at a renowned premium restaurant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine autonomy, loves developing seasonal cocktail menus and wants to make a real impact within a growing hospitality business.
The Role
- Lead and inspire your team
- Create and launch seasonal signature cocktails
- Manage stock, GP and margins
- Work closely with the Group Bars Director and premium drinks suppliers
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance
We're Looking For
- Previous Bar Manager experience in a premium venue
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for innovation
- Commercially aware with experience managing stock and GP
- A confident leader with an engaging personality
