Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in Nurse Call, Warden Call or Door Entry Systems?
We're recruiting for a well-established and growing specialist technology business that supports healthcare, assisted living and residential environments across the UK. Due to continued growth, we're looking to add Service Engineers to their team covering East Anglia area.
This is a day-shift position offering excellent work life balance with no regular overnight stays, a tailored service route and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding of a range of communication and life-safety systems including:

Nurse Call Systems

Warden Call Systems
-
Door Entry & Access Control Systems
-
Telecare & Assisted Living Technology
-
Associated communication and electronic security systems
You'll work closely with customers to ensure equipment remains fully operational while delivering a high level of technical support and customer service.
We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in one or more of the following:

Electronic Security Systems

Telecare Technology
You should also have:

Previous field-based service experience

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
