Allied Access are looking for a Class 2 Driver who is certified to operate a HIAB/Lorry Mounted Crane.
Duties
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and updates on delivery routes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance
```Requirements```
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver
- Ability to drive long distances and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of flatbed truck operations is preferred, but not required
Essential Skills
· UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence +12 months experience
· HIAB/Lorry Mounted Crane Operator Accredited
· Valid CPC & Tachograph
· No more than 6 points for MINOR offences -
· Excellent customer service skills
