Job: Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Location: Near Winchester, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £60k + Bonus, Car Allowance & Company benefits
Ferox Partners is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a fabulous insurance brokerage near Winchester, who are on an exciting growth journey! This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop an established, diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients that ranges from sole traders to large organisations dealing with premiums up to £500k. while actively securing new business.
This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering high-quality insurance advice, and spotting opportunities to both grow existing accounts and win new clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across multiple classes of business
(Property, Liability, Motor, Financial Lines and more)
- Acting as the primary point of contact, delivering proactive and professional advice
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy queries accurately and efficiently
- Conducting client review meetings and risk discussions to identify coverage gaps and opportunities
- Generating and converting new business through referrals, networking and proactive prospecting
- Supporting retention, cross-selling and overall account growth
