Shield Security Services (Yorkshire) Ltd is a professional and growing security company providing a range of security solutions across Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Security Officer to join our team and work across several operational roles within the organisation.
The Role
This is a varied position that requires flexibility and adaptability. Duties will include:
- Working within our 24-hour Control Centre, handling incoming calls and responding to CCTV activations.
- Providing security services at our static guarding sites across the Hull area.
- Working within our Mobile Response Teams, attending alarm activations and carrying out scheduled security visits to customer premises.
- Monitoring and reporting security incidents in accordance with company procedures.
- Completing accurate reports and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid SIA Front Line Licence (Mandatory)
A valid SIA CCTV Licence (Essential)
A full UK manual driving licence (Mandatory)
Good IT and computer skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A flexible approach to working across different roles and locations
