The Role
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to carry out property inspections and produce professional reports across Exeter and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will attend properties to complete inventories, check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections, ensuring all reports are clear, accurate and completed to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed and accurate inventory reports
- Conducting property inventories, check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections
- Photographing and documenting property condition
- Identifying maintenance issues where relevant
- Ensuring reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Representing the company in a professional manner with tenants, landlords and agents
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Inventory Clerk, Property Manager, or within a Lettings role
- Experience using InventoryBase or similar inventory reporting software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
