The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Junior Claims Handler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their insurance career, or looking to transition into claims, within a highly supportive and professional environment.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service by assisting in the management of commercial insurance claims from notification through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients reporting claims
- Assist in handling claims through to settlement across a range of commercial classes
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients, ensuring a positive claims experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
About You
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good IT skills
- 2 years insurance experience required
