Gloagburn is a well established family owned restaurant and farm shop on the outskirts of Perth, PH1 1QL.
Our 130 cover restaurant is open 8.30am to 5.30pm serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with the emphasis on good quality, seasonal, local and Scottish produce. In addition we hold steak nights on the last Friday in the month October through March.
We are currently recruiting for part time weekend waiting staff to join our restaurant team.
Shifts are 6 - 8 hours long starting between 8am and 11am and finishing between 4pm and 6pm .
The ideal candidate will be a positive, proactive, cheerful team player who thrives in a busy environment, and will take pride in a high standard of customer service.
The role involves, serving food and drinks, preparing and presenting cakes and puddings, greeting and seating customers, using a coffee machine, cash handling, answering the phone and all associated tasks.
Experience would be an advantage but is not required. Full training will be given.
Due to our rural location and shift patterns you must have access to your own transport. We are not on a reliable bus route.
Job Types: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Dependent on age and experience, up to £13.00 per hour plus tips circa £2 per hour
Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
