Barista – 30 Hours per Week
£13.45 per hour | 30 Hours | Monday – Thursday | 08:00–16:00 (variable shifts)

The Role
As the face of our coffee bar, you will:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, beverages and light food offerings

Deliver a warm, professional and engaging service to colleagues and guests

Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation

Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are consistently met

Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver a seamless service

Contribute ideas for seasonal and monthly coffee specials
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous Barista, front-of-house or customer service experience

Is passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer service

Is professional, personable and impeccably presented

Communicates confidently and builds positive relationships with customers

Thrives in a busy environment and remains calm under pressure

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work

Has latte art skills – this would be a significant advantage, although further development can be provided for the right candidate
