About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of residential construction and refurbishment projects, assisting skilled tradesmen while also carrying out tasks independently when required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, and be keen to develop their skills within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assisting builders and tradesmen on site
- Site preparation and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Loading and unloading materials
- Basic demolition and strip-out work
- Mixing materials and assisting with general building tasks
- Assisting with groundworks and drainage
- Moving materials and equipment safely around site
- Carrying out general labouring duties to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a labourer within the construction industry
- Good understanding of health and safety on site
- Able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and motivated
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport preferred
- A willingness to learn new skills and progress into a multi-skilled builder role

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend work available when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
