DriveStaff Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Warrington.
We have regular ongoing trunking work available across both days and nights, making this a great opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for consistent weekly work rather than occasional agency shifts.
The work is straightforward RDC-to-RDC trunking with no handball, and immediate starts are available for suitable drivers.
PAY & SHIFTS
£18.63 per hour PAYE – Rolled-Up Holiday Pay Included
We currently have opportunities across:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Monday to Friday work
- Regular ongoing shifts
- RDC-to-RDC trunking
- No handball
- Weekly PAYE pay

THE ROLE
You'll be carrying out Class 1 trunking work from the client's Warrington operation.
Typical duties include:
- Class 1 trunking
- RDC-to-RDC deliveries
- No handball
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely
- Completing paperwork and PODs accurately
- Working within Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
- Maintaining a professional standard when representing the client
This is ideal for drivers who prefer straightforward trunking work without multidrop or handball.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Valid UK Class 1 / Category C+E licence
- Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No DD, DR or TT endorsements
- Must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes
- Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
