TPS Security Services provides professional, reliable, and customer-focused security solutions to a range of clients across commercial, residential, retail, construction, and event sectors. We are looking for dedicated Security Guards to join our growing team and help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned sites to prevent unauthorised access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
- Control access to premises and verify visitor credentials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security checks.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and customer concerns.
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Provide a visible and professional security presence.
- Liaise with clients, members of the public, emergency services, and management when required.
- Ensure all company and client procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous security experience is desirable but not essential.
