Part-Time Menswear Stylist – Norwich City Centre
£12.71 + performance bonus (average £150 per month) 3 days per week incl. Saturdays and every other Sunday

We’re Pure, an award-winning, fast-paced menswear and bridal store in the heart of Norwich, and we’re looking for someone special to join our menswear team.
This is more than just a retail job – it’s about creating unforgettable experiences for grooms and their parties, from the first fitting to the big day, styling gents who are looking for a great outfit to wear for a special event, or maybe they just want something new for work.
About the Role
You’ll be joining our team of trained stylists, supporting clients with expert advice, brilliant service, and attention to detail. You'll guide them through their entire journey with us, from trying on suits to final collections, making sure they feel confident, stylish, and well looked after.
Full training is provided, but we’re looking for someone confident, friendly, and organised, with great communication skills and a flair for fashion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Styling and advising gent and wedding parties during appointments
- Offering the same standard of service to gents who simply walk in.
- Providing excellent customer care from first contact to final collection
- Carrying out front-of-house and reception duties
- Handling admin, financial transactions, and stock deliveries accurately
- Preparing for fittings using our computer based appointment software
- Steaming and inspecting garments to our high standards
- Supporting with events and attending wedding shows as needed
- Helping to maintain immaculate store presentation at all times
- Creating and appearing in content for Pure Suit's social media
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, confident communicator who enjoys making conversation
- A well-presented individual with a sharp eye for detail and pride in their appearance
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail, who sees tasks through to completion.
- Someone calm under pressure and comfortable on the phone or computer
- Ideally 1+ year of experience in retail or menswear (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, optimistic attitude and a desire to work as part of a close, supportive team
- A creative eye and genuine interest in fashion, style, and trends

The Details
- 2 part-time positions available (3 days/week including every Saturday and every other Sunday)
- Hours:
- Feb–Oct: Weekdays 9.45am-5.45pm | Sat 8.45am - 6.15pm | Sun 10am-4pm
- Nov–Jan: Weekdays 9.45am-4.15pm | Sat 8.45am - 6.15pm | Sun 10am-4pm
- Regular Thursdays 12:00 - 8:00pm
- Flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours wedding fairs or events
