We’re now on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie who’s ready to take the next step in their career and develop towards a Junior Sous Chef position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your section to a high standard, maintaining consistency and organisation
- Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Support menu prep, daily specials, and event catering
- Mentor junior team members and be a positive role model in the kitchen
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP records to professional standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
We’re looking for:
- Around 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and progress to Junior Sous level
- A love for fresh ingredients, modern pub dining, and continuous learning
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
What you’ll get:
- £30K–£33K salary depending on experience
- 28 days annual holiday
- Standard UK pension scheme
- Free onsite parking and staff meals each shift
- Early finish Sundays and dinner-only Wednesdays (depending on events)
- Opportunities for training and genuine career progression towards a Junior Sous role
