Every child and the family around them holds strengths and hopes waiting to be unlocked, sometimes they just need someone to help bring them to life.
We're looking for a warm, driven and dedicated Support Worker to join HABS Strength in Mind, helping children, young people and families move past the barriers standing between them and the futures they deserve.
This is a role where no two days will look the same. You could be working on a young person one day, the next finding yourself supporting a team charity event, or sitting with a family to find the right support, or delivering a programme to parents or students.
We are currently seeking a worker for 5 days, and a 3 day worker.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience with children, young people or families
- Naturally build trust and strong relationships
- Work well solo and as part of a team
- Care deeply about helping young people push past what's holding them back
- Hold a full driving licence with access to a vehicle and able to travel
- Able to give flexibility within the role

- Starting salary £27,254 - £32,062. Depending on experience- pro rata
